Annie Patterson
At the age of seven I got my hands on my first camera, and well the rest is history. Actually there is a lot more to the story. Growing up I loved to take thousands of pictures and spent hours scrap booking until I ran out of supplies. Fast forward a few years to high school where I got my first DSLR camera and never looked back. I joined the yearbook staff and photographed every event my school had to offer while becoming Editor-in-Chief of my schools 400 page yearbook. When college came I knew I wanted to study photography, so I attended Savannah College of Art and Design with a major in photography and a minor in graphic design. After two years I transferred to the University of South Carolina to switch my major to graphic design and focus on the creation process of design full time. Then came the “real world”. After graduating in 2014 I joined the team at The Book LLC. Thanks to The Book LLC my dreams of traveling, photography, and designing all came together. There I photographed clients and events daily, while creating marketing pieces for all horse shows, social media and client’s books. After three incredible years of travel I decided home was calling my name. I currently reside in Charleston, SC just trying to “live the dream” as your typical selfie loving, Redbull drinking, picture snapping fool.
